Terms and Conditions – BeePal Apimondia 2025 Giveaway


1. Organizer​

The organizer is BeePal UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Heinrich-Heine-Str. 35, 04178 Leipzig, Germany (“BeePal”).


2. Giveaway Period

Entries close on 30 September 2025 at 11:59 PM (CEST). Submissions after this time will not be considered.


3. Eligibility

Open to natural persons 18+ residing in the EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.

Entry requires a newsletter subscription with double opt-in (DOI) via the dedicated landing page. One entry per person. Employees of BeePal and their family members are excluded. No purchase necessary.


4. How to enter & on-site booth

  • Online: Enter your email on the landing page and confirm DOI → you’re entered into the giveaway.
  • Booth: If you show your DOI confirmation email at the BeePal booth, you may spin the wheel once (visual check only; no scanning or on-site data storage).
  • Spinning the wheel is optional and independent of entry into the main draw.


5. Prizes

Main draw:

  1. 1× BeePal ONE monitoring system
  2. 3× HoneyLink hive scales (one scale each for three winners)
  3. 1× BeePal T-shirt

Instant prizes at the booth (wheel): small on-site giveaways while supplies last; no entitlement to a specific item.

Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and non-exchangeable. BeePal may substitute prizes with equivalents where reasonably necessary (e.g., supply constraints).


6. Winner selection & notification

Main-draw winners are selected at random from all valid entries and notified by e-mail no later than 7 October 2025. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the claim lapses and a replacement winner will be drawn.


7. Delivery & fulfilment

Shipping only to addresses in the EEA/CH/UK. The second prize is shipped by HoneyLink for this purpose; the winner’s shipping address may be shared with HoneyLink solely for fulfilment. Any taxes/duties at the winner’s place of residence, if applicable, are the winner’s responsibility.


8. Exclusions / Fair play

BeePal may exclude participants who violate these terms, use manipulative means (e.g., bots, multiple sign-ups) or provide false information.


9. Liability

BeePal is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence, BeePal is liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Statutory claims remain unaffected.


10. Data protection

For information on the processing of personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy (section “Newsletter & giveaway Apimondia 2025”).


11. Miscellaneous

Legal recourse is excluded (with regard to winner selection). These terms are governed by German law; mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected. BeePal may modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway for good cause where proper execution cannot be ensured for technical or organizational reasons.
